We sell listed products online and also source products on request from trusted supplier networks. Stock, pricing and fulfilment may be confirmed before final processing.
Online orders
Listed products can be ordered through the store, subject to stock and payment confirmation.
Quote requests
Products not listed online can be requested through WhatsApp, email or our request page.
Supplier network
We source from trusted distributors and suppliers for home, office and reseller needs.
1Product information
We do our best to ensure product names, descriptions, images, pricing and availability are accurate. Product information may be supplied by distributors and manufacturers and can change without notice.
2Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. Prices may change due to supplier pricing, stock availability, promotions or supplier updates.
3Stock availability
Products are subject to stock availability. Where stock is limited or unavailable, we may offer an alternative, backorder option, credit, refund or cancellation.
4Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once the order request, stock, pricing and payment have been confirmed. EFT orders are processed once payment has cleared or valid proof of payment has been accepted.
5Product requests
Not every product we can source is listed online. Customers may request IP phones, routers, switches, networking accessories, laptops, TVs and IT hardware.
6Warranty
Products may carry a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty periods and conditions vary by brand and product type and are subject to supplier or manufacturer assessment.
