1Delivery areas
Ezi Tech Hub supplies customers across South Africa, including homes, small offices, businesses, resellers and organisations. Products may be dispatched from our own stock, supplier stock or distributor warehouses depending on the item ordered.
2Delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on product availability, supplier processing time, courier schedules, delivery address, weekends, public holidays, payment confirmation and special-order requirements. Where possible, we provide an estimated delivery timeframe when confirming your order.
3Stock confirmation
Because some products are supplied through distributor networks, stock must be confirmed before fulfilment. If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will contact you with available options.
4Delivery costs
Delivery costs may vary depending on product size, weight, delivery location and courier option. Large items such as TVs, monitors and bulky hardware may carry additional courier or handling fees.
5Receiving your order
Please check packaging before accepting delivery where possible. If packaging is visibly damaged, take photos and notify us as soon as possible. Keep original packaging, courier labels and accessories until the product has been checked.
6Business and project orders
For business, reseller or project orders, delivery may be arranged according to the quote or agreed fulfilment plan. Assisted installation, staged delivery or special logistics may be quoted separately where required.
